Every live document of the Unidad de Grandes Empresas in one list: management criteria, the orientative document lists for each status, forms and filing addresses, salary thresholds. Each one carries a direct link to the ministry portal and the date we last opened it.
How to use it. Half of the arguments end the moment someone opens the document itself, so every link leads to the original on the portal, not to a copy or a summary. Where a document is still in force but partly out of date, the entry says exactly which part.

Internal criteria of the Dirección General de Gestión Migratoria: not legislation, but what the UGE actually decides by. The "Criterios de Gestión" section of the main migration portal is empty; these live only on the UGE page.
Eighteen pages covering every status under the Act. Criterion 1.3 sets the entrepreneur means test: 100% of IPREM for the applicant, 150% for a family of two, 50% for each further member. Criterion 4.1.4 set the former PAC salary threshold by CNO-2011 group, and criterion 5.3 let doctoral candidates choose between the researcher route and studies.
Signed in the days of the Ministerio de Trabajo, Migraciones y Seguridad Social, that is before 2020, and it does not mention the digital nomad, a status introduced only by Law 28/2022. Three parts are overtaken by later criteria: the PAC salary threshold of criterion 4.1.4 by Order PJC/44/2026 and the June 2026 UGE calculation, the doctoral candidate choice of criterion 5.3 by criterion DGGM 2/2026, and the two-year researcher term of criterion 5.1 by criterion DGGM 2/2025. The rest is not repealed and remains on the live page.
The term of each permit under the Act. Entrepreneurs three years, PAC the contract plus three months capped at three years, ICT one year for trainees.
The transition after the golden visa was repealed on 3 April 2025: visas in force, family, inheritance, conversion of investments, renewals. Plus two rules for PAC holders: unemployment and part-time work.

The Act sets no closed list, and the UGE says so plainly: the requirements may be proved by any means admissible in law. These PDFs are guidance, not a mandatory list.
The baseline set for every initial permit. It also carries the criminal-record condition: required from applicants already in Spain on an estancia shorter than six months.
What the entrepreneur adds to the baseline set. The amount of funds is not stated here, it sits in criterion 1.3.
The PAC set. The current salary threshold is not in it, the UGE publishes that separately.
The researcher set: hosting agreement, contract or letter of invitation.

The only UGE document on renewals. It is the source of the filing window: 60 calendar days before expiry and 90 after.
Three parts are out of date: the blanket "two years" clashes with criterion DGGM 2/2025, the investor section was repealed on 3 April 2025, and the links inside point at the old empleo.gob.es domains. The filing window has not changed.
The most detailed material the UGE publishes. It names the amounts, the fee, and the autónomo societario points that appear nowhere else.
The full document set for the holder and the means formula: 200% of the SMI for the applicant, 75% for the first family member, 25% for each further one, gross.

Applications under Law 14/2013 are filed electronically only, through sede.inclusion.gob.es, and only with an electronic certificate. One application form covers every status, and the fee is form 790 038, item 7.
